RSC staff members actively participate in the committee work of many industry organizations. This expands our own knowledge of industry developments and trends and lets us give back to the industry we serve. In the latter vein, we strongly support the ongoing development and distribution of educational information about code and safety standards for the building and refrigeration industries and their constituents, from the general public to legislators.

Without such standards chaos can ensue. For example, the owners of the plant shown at the right were never given complete piping diagrams by the contractor who built this facility. RSC was called in to help determine which pipes were live, which weren't, and what fluids each pipe carried.
