RSC sets high standards for everyone involved in the piping process, including our specification writers, purchasing people, on-site supervisors, welders, pipe fitters, job site workers, and suppliers. For example, most systems require that the refrigerants remain pure to keep cooling efficiency high. So RSC eliminates as much dirt and debris as possible to avoid later problems with sticking solenoid valves, floats that hang up, plugged strainers, and who knows what else. Consequently, the cooling systems that we install are 3900% cleaner than the industry norm.

How do we do this? We use only clean pipe that has been stored inside and then kept clean with end caps, avoid oiled pipe that attracts grit, specify absolutely clean vessels, cut pipes with torches to eliminate sawdust, install filters liberally, and pay attention to literally dozens of details to minimize dirt, rust, slag, and other particles that ultimately cause problems in new systems. And RSC can evaluate, clean up, and fix your old systems so that they too will perform like new!
